Requirements

  • Possess expertise in understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions (Consultative Selling)
  • Demonstrate the ability to craft and execute long-term account strategies (Strategic Thinking)
  • Show a proven ability to close large, complex deals (Negotiation and Closing)
  • Have familiarity with Salesforce, AI, CX, Data technology consulting services and solutions (Technical Acumen)
  • Showcase a strong track record of building and nurturing C-level relationships (Relationship Management)
  • Demonstrate persistence and adaptability in achieving goals (Resilience and Drive)

Responsibilities

  • Generate $2 million in incremental revenue from new and existing enterprise accounts within the first 12 months
  • Successfully expand services within at least 5 key strategic accounts by cross-selling additional consulting offerings
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline with at least $10M in qualified opportunities within the first 6 months
  • Achieve a minimum client satisfaction score of 90% by addressing client pain points and delivering value-driven solutions
