Summary

We are seeking a creative Sales and Marketing Specialist to join Human Made, a global leader in Enterprise WordPress development. The role involves effectively engaging leads created by our marketers, converting them into sales opportunities, collaborating with marketers on content and campaigns, and identifying ICPs. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of experience in sales development for web software services within a B2B setting.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in sales development for web software services within a B2B setting (we are not looking for someone from a pure Saas or product background)
  • Proficient in creating and setting up outreach that is effective when making new connections and nurturing relationships
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and how it supports complex sales processes, particularly in the technology space
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level stakeholders
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales/marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo or similar)
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify, manage and nurture enterprise leads and convert those leads into sales qualified opportunities
  • Conduct outbound outreach to enterprise organisations, using a consultative approach to understand their needs and present Human Made’s WordPress solutions as the ideal fit
  • Engage with leads throughout their discovery process, providing valuable insights and resources to help them evaluate their options and move towards a decision
  • Work with our marketers to develop and implement content and campaigns that address the needs of enterprise prospects, supporting both lead generation and sales efforts
  • Work with the sales team to optimise the sales process, providing feedback and insights on what’s working and where improvements can be made, particularly in the context of long enterprise sales cycles
  • Help organise and execute online events, webinars, and workshops, managing post-event lead follow-up and building relationships with key contacts
