Requirements

• BS degree in Marketing or associates degree in relevant field a plus
• Experience in developing quotations for software renewals
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems / Salesforce
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
• In-depth understanding of Sales principles and customer service practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide necessary support as directed by the Enterprise account managers to ensure that software renewals are quoted, delivered and closed prior to license expiration dates
• Follow up with customers about contracts and other questions
• Monitoring performance indicators for the Enterprise renewal business
• Work directly with the Enterprise SVP to ensure the Enterprise renewal business grows and is scalable
