Summary
Join Invisible Technologies as the SVP of Enterprise Technology to spearhead growth in the insurance sector. Reporting to the CEO, you will transform how major insurance companies operate by implementing automation and technology-enabled workflows. You will cultivate high-value commercial relationships with top insurance executives, acting as a trusted advisor on industry pain points and transformation strategies. This role involves leading complex solution design, managing a team, identifying scalable offerings, and representing Invisible within the insurance industry. You will build a new business line with direct access to Invisible's resources. This is a career-defining opportunity to shape the future of insurance operations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in the insurance industry, ideally combining operational leadership and/or enterprise technology strategy roles
- Proven track record leading enterprise technology or transformation initiatives, ideally from a top consulting firm (e.g., BCG, Bain) or a senior enterprise technology buyer
- Strong executive presence with the ability to hold strategic conversations with senior stakeholders across underwriting, claims, operations, and IT
- Deep understanding of the insurance value chain, including core systems, customer journeys, and automation opportunities
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and driving cross-functional outcomes in ambiguous, high-stakes environments
- High adaptability and entrepreneurial mindset; ability to build new offerings from scratch and thrive in a fast-moving, non-hierarchical environment
Responsibilities
- Own and drive Invisible’s go-to-market strategy within the insurance industry, identifying and leading key enterprise opportunities
- Take CEO-initiated meetings with top insurance executives and convert them into structured, high-value commercial relationships
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, speaking fluently about industry pain points, operating models, and transformation strategies
- Lead complex solution design, working cross-functionally with Invisible’s internal operators, engineers, and designers to implement client-specific workflows
- Build, mentor, and manage a flex team of internal resources assigned to execute insurance client projects, from pilot to scale
- Identify repeatable client needs and work to codify those into scalable productized offerings or playbooks
- Serve as the external face of Invisible within the insurance sector — attending key industry events, publishing insights, and building our reputation as a category leader
