Represent Invisible at major healthcare conferences and build our reputation in the sector. This is a ground-up opportunity to build a healthcare vertical within a rapidly growing company.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, with deep domain expertise in payer, provider, or healthtech operations and workflows
- Proven track record leading enterprise transformation or automation initiatives, either as a senior leader in a healthcare organization or a consultant focused on healthcare clients
- Ability to credibly engage senior stakeholders across clinical, operational, and administrative functions with a strong grasp of the healthcare regulatory and economic landscape
- Familiarity with core healthcare systems (e.g., EHRs, claims platforms, RCM systems) and the challenges of modernization in the space
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments, managing complex implementations from ideation to scale
- Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset โ excited to build new solutions and business lines at the intersection of healthcare and technology
Responsibilities
- Define and lead Invisibleโs healthcare go-to-market strategy, targeting large enterprise clients in the payer, provider, and healthcare services segments
- Drive executive-level engagements initiated by the CEO and convert them into structured, long-term commercial partnerships
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders on operational innovation, administrative simplification, and workforce transformation
- Design and deliver customized automation and process optimization solutions by collaborating with internal workflow designers, engineers, and operators
- Lead and coordinate a flex resource team to implement pilot projects and scale successful initiatives across large healthcare organizations
- Identify repeatable use cases in areas such as revenue cycle management, claims operations, patient access, and compliance โ and shape these into scalable solutions
- Represent Invisible at major healthcare conferences and forums, contributing to thought leadership and building Invisibleโs reputation in the sector
