Enterprise Test Data Management Architect

You will be part of a large team supporting multiple applications within the Federal government sector. This role requires experience with large enterprises and government agencies, along with expertise in the latest ETDM technologies. Responsibilities include designing and implementing a comprehensive ETDM strategy, managing data quality and security, leveraging industry-standard tools, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in enterprise data management, database administration, and leading transformation projects. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Requirements

• Have a total of 10 years of relevant experience including 3 years with US Government sector
• Possess expertise in managing enterprise data management infrastructure, managing on-premises systems and cloud migration efforts, and database administration
• Have experience managing referential/data integrity, point in time recovery, and custom coding
• Be proficient in database technologies including but not limited to Oracle, SQLServer, Postgres, MariaDB, MySQL and Azure Database services
• Have led at least 2 transformation projects related to establishing an enterprise-wide data layer and establishing mature DataOps practices
• Demonstrate proven analytical skills
• Possess a problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to manage test data across an organization
• Manage the quality, security, and accessibility of data required for testing various applications
• Leverage industry-standard TDM tools and techniques to effectively provision, manipulate, and maintain test datasets across different environments
• Collaborate closely with development, testing, and security teams to meet project requirements and data governance standards
