Enterprise Architect

Summary

Join OfferFit's growing Customer team as an Enterprise Architect, a critical individual contributor role. You will work with enterprise customers, primarily post-sales, to plan OfferFit deployment within their complex tech stacks. As an expert in OfferFit's integration patterns and customer tech stacks, you'll support customers and the expert services team in setting up integration workflows. You will lead development efforts for novel integration workflows, collaborating with implementation and product partners. Additionally, you'll assist sales teams with architecture and data management scoping for complex use cases. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong communication skills, and experience working with enterprise customers.

Requirements

• Experienced working directly with enterprise customers (in particular, architecture SMEs)
• Very familiar with common architecture patterns and tools (e.g., common cloud platforms, data platforms, CDPs, activation platforms)
• Comfortable being “hands-on” in a broad range of areas including cloud architecture, ETL, security, performance analysis, and analytics
• Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Be a technical expert on all aspects of OfferFit’s product offerings
• Work with customers, OfferFit teams and integration partners to successfully position and deploy OfferFit in customer environments, taking in account the context of their current and future state IT landscape
• Maintain a deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies and vendors and how to position OfferFit in relation to them
• Develop novel integrations when needed for customer needs, supporting subsequent productization efforts
• Lead sales discussions with highly technical customer stakeholders (e.g., architecture, data platform, data science)
• Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., product, engineering) to continuously improve OfferFit’s products and externally facing materials
• Support members of the Implementation, Sales, and Engineering teams to develop their expertise
