Requirements

• A serial entrepreneur who’s raised capital and built from zero to one
• Experienced in government contracting, especially with the DoD
• A strategic thinker and relentless doer—fluent in finance, operations, and impact
• Motivated by mission, not maintenance

Responsibilities

• Build the roadmap: Develop a clear, fundable, and executable plan from pilot to commercial manufacturing
• Fund the mission: Lead fundraising across private capital and non-dilutive sources to scale production and market entry
• Secure DoD contracts: Build on the foundation we have set with the DoD to win their MPV or other scale up funding
• Lead like a founder: Operate with full strategic and operational ownership, backed by a world-class science
