Entry Level Account Manager

Summary

A growing Atlanta-based firm seeks an Entry Level Account Manager to help drive their residential sales campaign. The role involves on-site residential enrollment services, customer service, and direct sales. Some college coursework is preferred but not required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of small and large groups
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish trust and collaborate with others within the company and externally

Responsibilities

• Work with fellow team members to complete on-site residential enrollment services on behalf of our clients
• Communicate with customers directly and establish genuine relationships to facilitate an engaging and positive customer experience
• Use skills gained during training to engage with customers, learning their needs, and presenting them with the products and services that best fits their needs
• Assist the sales department through the activation process
• Answer any customer questions or concerns, escalating when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
• Facilitate the enrollment process; this includes collecting personal information and following all compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Some experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality, or similar role preferred
