Junior Account Manager

Summary

Join Doctify as a Junior Account Manager in our customer success team. You will provide support for individual teams, learn about our product and platforms, offer a premium experience to clients, build relationships, conduct meetings, act as a trusted advisor, and develop strong relationships with internal teams. This role is within an exciting, energetic, and hardworking team. Responsibilities

• Offer a premium experience for our clients by gaining a thorough understanding of their business goals and ensuring that Doctify meets them
• Build relationships with your portfolio of clients, ensuring their overall satisfaction with our software and increased revenues
• Conduct client meetings over the phone, virtually, and in-person
• Act as a trusted advisor, advocating client needs across our client base and internally
• Convey the best practice examples that drive ROI and increased engagement
• Develop strong relationships with our internal teams to support your accounts
