Entry Level Account Manager

Summary

The job is for an Entry Level Account Manager at a growing marketing and sales firm in Rochester. The role involves on-site residential enrollment services, customer communication, product presentation, assisting the sales department, answering customer questions, maintaining records, and facilitating the enrollment process. Some college coursework is preferred but not required, and high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of small and large groups
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to establish trust and collaborate with others within the company and externally

Responsibilities

• Work with fellow team members to complete on-site residential enrollment services on behalf of our clients
• Communicate with customers directly and establish genuine relationships to facilitate an engaging and positive customer experience
• Use skills gained during training to engage with customers, learning their needs, and presenting them with the products and services that best fits their needs
• Assist the sales department through the activation process
• Answer any customer questions or concerns, escalating when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and update to date records of all customer interactions
• Facilitate the enrollment process; this includes collecting personal information and following all compliance requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Some college coursework preferred, but not required
• Some experience in a customer service, sales, hospitality or similar role preferred
