Environmental Field Technician

Summary

Join SC&A as an Environmental Field Technician! This remote position requires 1-3 years of experience in obtaining environmental samples. While a college degree is preferred, it's not mandatory. You will manage projects, communicate with clients and regulators, and perform environmental calculations. Significant travel is expected. Requirements

• Have 1-3 years of experience obtaining environmental samples
• Be a US Citizen
• Ability to handle information confidentially
• 40-hour health and safety trained

Responsibilities

• Review technical/program documents and applications
• Perform environmental calculations based on provided methodologies
• Communicate with regulators on compliance issues
• Interact with clients
• Demonstrate the ability to effectively manage, coordinate, and communicate progress and any problems on the project

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of environmental regulations
• Background in chemistry
• College degree
