Erp Process Analyst

Summary

Join WPP's Workday delivery program as a project team member and play a key role in implementing Workday HCM across the organization. You will bridge the gap between the delivery team and end-user business needs, requiring a good understanding of Workday HCM and HR operational processes. Responsibilities include participating in all phases of Workday HCM implementation, collaborating with stakeholders, creating and maintaining documentation, developing training materials, and supporting post-go-live adoption. This role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The position offers a standard office environment or remote work option with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of the Workday HCM implementation lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to HCM processes
• Create and maintain accurate documentation of Workday HCM configurations and processes
• Develop and support delivery of training materials and user training sessions on Workday HCM
• Support in the creation of business process documentation such as workflows and standard operating procedures
• Work across the project team and with stakeholders to identify process enhancements and requirements to support stakeholders in adopting Workday
• Follow project methodologies and best practices
• Work effectively within a large programme team and contribute to a positive team environment
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks related to Workday HCM implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Good understanding of Workday functionalities within HCM modules
• Experience in HR operations and Workday HCM
• Workday HCM certification
• Experience with other HCM systems
• Project, Process and/or Change management certification
