Summary

The job is for a Senior Sustainability Strategist (ESG Consulting Business Development Leader) at Quantis, a sustainability consultancy. Requirements

• 8+ years of business development and sales experience primarily focusing on growing key accounts and executing sales initiatives to bring on new clients in collaboration with sales enablement support
• An understanding of business strategy and/or strategy consulting, complemented with expertise in the corporate sustainability space

Responsibilities

• Account Management: Lead and grow key stakeholder relationships, while accelerating the transformation of the clients toward sustainability
• Sales & Business Development: Lead sales processes and business development conversations. Must be able to achieve between $500k-1m+ in ESG consulting services sales in a year
• Strategy & Solutions Creation: Lead the implementation of sustainability strategy projects, working with senior sustainability leaders, internally and externally, to develop sustainability strategies, managing their implementation and change pathway
• Strategic Implementation: Support the shaping and delivery of all Quantis solutions around the strategy, bringing in our expertise on science, metrics, tools, communications and more

Preferred Qualifications

Sector experience in food, cosmetics, fashion, pharmaceuticals, and/or finance

• Compensation target for this role ranges from $130,000 - $136,000. Higher compensation can be considered depending on seniority and capabilities
