Requirements

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Environmental Science, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong understanding of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles and CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) strategies
• Proven writing and storytelling skills with experience creating content for reports, articles, or communications
• Familiarity with sustainability reporting, ESG trends, and related global frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD)
• Experience with research and translating technical ESG insights into clear, concise, and engaging content
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Research and write engaging content related to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, trends, and achievements
• Develop and maintain ESG communication materials, including reports in alignment with company standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for accurate and impactful storytelling
• Support the creation of content for social media, website updates, and internal communications to enhance ESG visibility
• Edit and proofread ESG-related content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals
• Monitor industry trends and competitor ESG communications to inform content strategy and storytelling approaches
• Assist in drafting presentations and reports for leadership, stakeholders, and investors to communicate ESG progress and initiatives
