Summary

Join EVERSANA as their European Tax Manager, a fully remote position based in Ireland. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely VAT and income tax compliance across European and global entities. This role requires close collaboration with the Director, Global Tax, the global finance team, and external tax advisors. Key responsibilities include filing tax returns, coordinating with external advisors, overseeing tax return preparation, collaborating on transfer pricing calculations, providing regular updates, supporting tax audits, and aligning European tax strategies with global objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 8-10 years of tax compliance experience (including 5+ years in multiple EU jurisdictions), and relevant certifications. Experience with VAT compliance, transfer pricing, and public accounting is essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Accounting
  • 8-10 years of experience in tax compliance
  • 5+ yearsโ€™ experience with tax compliance in multiple EU jurisdictions
  • Experience with VAT compliance
  • Experience with transfer pricing in complex Global company
  • Public Accounting experience required
  • ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience in the use of complex spreadsheets, accounting, and tax systems

Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely filing of VAT and income tax returns for European and other global entities
  • Coordinate with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with local tax regulations
  • Oversee the preparation and review of tax returns and related analysis
  • Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to gather and analyze data required for transfer pricing calculations
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Director, Global Tax on the status of tax compliance and planning initiatives
  • Support the Director, Global tax on tax audits and inquiries from regulatory agencies
  • Collaborate closely with the Director, Global Tax to align European tax strategies with global tax objectives
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
  • All other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Must thrive in a team environment
  • Experience with tax compliance in Ireland, UK, and Italy
  • Experience with Microsoft D365 preferred
