Summary
Join Bobbie Medical, the clinician-facing arm of Bobbie, as a seasoned infant nutrition sales leader. You will co-lead medical sales strategy implementation, manage and train medical contractors, and represent Bobbie to medical partners. Responsibilities include conducting sales calls, developing relationships with clinicians, managing medical events, and maintaining the CRM system. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of medical sales experience, preferably in infant nutrition, and be comfortable with domestic travel and speaking to clinical audiences. Requirements
- 3-5 years of medical sales experience, with a strong preference for experience in infant nutrition
- Availability for domestic travel (30% of the time) to support engagements and meet with medical clinic and hospital partners
- CRM experience
- Ability to quickly learn how to use new software/tools
- Comfortable speaking to clinical audiences (MD/NP/RD etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Works well independently
Responsibilities
- Co-lead medical sales strategy implementation, which includes identifying the target audience, customer segmentation, customer insights, and engaging medical practices in our clinical community and product education
- Manage and train medical contractors to drive performance and achieve field sales goals. Accountable for monitoring and delivering on key success metrics
- Represent Bobbie as the point of contact for assigned medical partners
- Conduct sales calls to hospitals and physician offices to network, provide resources, and grow brand awareness
- Develop, cultivate, and maintain relationships with clinicians and clinic partners
- Sales management and support of Medical Events (in-person and virtual), including building out educational webinars, in-person events, and medical conferences
- Maintain and update the CRM system alongside the Medical team
- Comply with all legal and regulatory guidelines for interacting with healthcare providers
