Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, including logistics, sales initiatives, promotional presentations, and brand management
- Support team members in daily event logistics, including inventory management, fundraising, and community outreach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance
- Maintain event compliance and organization at all times
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience (internship or entry-level position) in event planning, marketing, or nonprofit fundraising is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with event management software is desirable
