Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and experience with event management software is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events, including logistics, sales initiatives, promotional presentations, and brand management
  • Support team members in daily event logistics, including inventory management, fundraising, and community outreach
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance
  • Maintain event compliance and organization at all times
