Event Producer - AV/Production Manager

Summary

The job is for an Event Production Manager (AV) at TechChange, a growing company that specializes in virtual learning and online events. The role involves managing the technical and AV needs for in-person/hybrid events, working closely with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure a seamless event experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in AV production management/production management (events, sports, tv, gaming, etc)
• Strong understanding of live event technology (audio, video, streaming) and how it relates to achieving a set objective for our clients and their attendees
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working with contractors and/or third-party vendors
• Experience with creating Show Flow and Run Of Show documents
