Summary

The job description is for the position of Exclusive Partner Operations Executive in Justlife's Business Development department. The employee will manage bookings, optimize operational activities, support business operations, identify improvement opportunities, maintain stakeholder relationships, and provide customer support. They are expected to have a Bachelor's degree, 1-2 years of Customer Service or OPS experience, excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, planning skills, a strategic mindset, and strong data analysis skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
• 1-2 years of Customer Service or OPS experience and a background in handling booking schedules
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to understand individuals' motivations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good planning and organizational skills, enabling stakeholder knowledge to be effectively disseminated and shared within the team
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong data analysis skills and proficiency in utilizing Google tools to support data-driven decision making and optimize performance

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the flow of bookings and provide a cohesive booking experience for customers throughout the process
• Optimize operational daily activities, monitor performance of partners, and drive business growth
• Support business operations to achieve organizational goals and objectives
• Identify improvement opportunities in exclusive operation and implement measures
• Manage proactively, control and monitor activities against stakeholder relationships
• Maintain records of stakeholders’ requests and associated feedback
• Provide timely, accurate, and professional support to partner and customer queries via phone and email
