Summary

Join Expel's growing administrative team and support our executive leaders in their mission to achieve company-wide goals. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, ensuring seamless workflow management and acting as a strategic partner to optimize their time. You will manage complex calendars, exercise sound judgment, and proactively identify and manage special projects to enhance team efficiency. You will also organize and execute high-quality events, assist in drafting communications, and handle complex travel arrangements. This role requires 5+ years of professional experience in an executive support role, polished organizational skills, a positive attitude, proficiency in Google Workspace, and strong communication skills. You will be exposed to executives leading the growth of a leading cybersecurity company, challenged to build solutions, and provided with opportunities to grow your professional skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting go-to-market (GTM) strategy and teams
  • Polished organizational skills, reflecting the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute multiple urgent tasks seamlessly
  • A positive, team-first attitude - we rise by lifting others
  • High level of proficiency in Google Workspace in conjunction with excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills
  • Self-motivated with strong skills in proactivity, decision-making, and time management
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and make informed decisions with limited information or context, ensuring effective problem-solving and forward momentum in dynamic environments
  • Confidence in asking questions and seeking guidance when necessary
  • A willingness to embrace change and maintain a mindset of continuous learning
  • A keen eye for efficiency, constantly engaged in improving results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes, then implementing effective changes
  • An exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively provide and receive feedback from both executives and other team members, fostering a collaborative and transparent working environment
  • Ability to be concise with communication, verbally and in writing, with technical and non-technical audiences
  • An understanding of the importance of follow-up and task completion in the wake of (sometimes constant) interruptions
  • Ability to adhere to ET work hours and support executives in varying timezones

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated executive support to the Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, ensuring seamless workflow management
  • Act as a strategic partner by identifying ways to optimize time, proactively taking tasks off their plate, and initiating projects on their behalf
  • Independently manage complex, dynamic executive calendars, resolving scheduling conflicts, proposing solutions, and ensuring agendas are well-organized and communicated
  • Exercise sound judgment; assume responsibility for decisions, consequences, and results impacting executives, teams, and/or quality of service within the functional area
  • Proactively identify and manage special projects to enhance the AOX teamโ€™s efficiency, including project tracking and process improvement
  • Organize and execute high-quality events for executives and their teams while managing department-specific budget considerations
  • Assist in drafting communications, managing follow-ups, taking detailed notes, and tracking action items to ensure timely execution of tasks and priorities
  • Engage clearly and professionally in both verbal and written communication with your executives, the broader AOX team, company-wide departments, and external stakeholders (i.e. customers, partners, prospects, and vendors)
  • Establish strong relationships with employees and external stakeholders, creating memorable interactions and fostering engagement
  • Handle complex travel arrangements, ensuring executives have all necessary details and documents for smooth travel, including hotel bookings, flight arrangements, and other applicable logistical details
  • Serve as a backup for other Executive Assistants, stepping in as needed to maintain operational continuity across the executive support team
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
  • Provide a variety of other department-specific support as needed

  • The salary for this role is between 98,000.00 and 142,100.00 USD with bonus and equity
  • This role is remote with occasional travel required
