Summary

Join Pavago as a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant, providing executive-level support to streamline daily operations and manage key projects and communication. You will assist with financial summaries, presentations, and data organization, manage communication across various channels, and coordinate team efforts. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools. A successful candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of project management. The position is full-time and remote, operating within the CST/EST time zone.

Requirements

  • You have a strong understanding of project management tools and techniques
  • You’re eager to learn new tools and software, especially in the areas of financial literacy and reporting
  • You have experience or interest in developing presentations and reports using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, Salesforce, and/or Tableau
  • 4-5 years of proven experience in an executive assistant role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools like Salesforce, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage communication across different channels (email, phone, text)
  • Financial literacy, or at least basic knowledge, to assist with financial summaries and reports
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level assistance to help improve day-to-day organization, communication, prioritization, and reporting across projects
  • Assist with the preparation of financial summaries, presentations (PowerPoint/Canva), and other important documents
  • Use financial literacy to help organize and streamline financial data/spreadsheets into clear, concise, and impactful presentations
  • Manage phone, text, and email communication, ensuring timely and clear responses
  • Prepare and organize reports, track tasks, and respond to standard emails
  • Take key communications from leadership to relevant team members, ensuring smooth status updates on ongoing projects and initiatives
  • Assist in managing routine responsibilities and tasks, freeing up leadership’s time to focus on the broader business vision and strategy
  • Help with reporting using platforms such as Salesforce or Tableau as required
