Join a strategic consulting firm as an Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff and make a significant impact on executive operations and company strategy. Requirements

- Proven experience working with founders or C-suite in high-growth environments
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, and CRMs
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and think strategically
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and communications with precision and discretion
- Act as a gatekeeper, organizing and triaging requests
- Draft presentations, prepare briefing materials, and handle high-level correspondence
- Ensure alignment between executive priorities and day-to-day execution
- Lead internal strategic projects and support decision-making with research and data
- Develop and maintain SOPs to improve efficiency
- Monitor and report on KPIs, project progress, and business metrics
- Identify areas for operational improvement and drive implementation
- Liaise between executives, teams, and external partners
- Facilitate meetings, goal alignment sessions, and strategic planning
- Coordinate deliverables and deadlines across departments
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking
- Manage contract administration and vendor coordination
- Maintain executive documentation and reporting systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, operations, or business optimization
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma)
- Background in financial planning, systems building, or team leadership
