Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-suite executives
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Trello, Slack, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with strong problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars across time zones and coordinate internal and external meetings
- Draft, review, and oversee executive emails, reports, and presentations
- Track progress on initiatives using tools like Trello and Notion to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements and manage itinerary updates
- Process expense reports, organize document systems, and order office supplies
- Post organic content across social media platforms and support branding efforts
- Act as a liaison between executives and stakeholders, fostering professional relationships
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion or Trello
- Experience with financial tools like QuickBooks or Ripping
- Exposure to social media management and content creation
- Prior experience working in fast-paced tech, startup, or innovation-driven environments
- Familiarity with secure communication tools and VPNs
