Requirements
- 2+ years in administrative, operations, or executive assistant roles, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across projects
- Resourceful with creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Proactive attitude with ability to take initiative and know when to seek clarification
- Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality work
- Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to work in a dynamic, evolving environment
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founder, providing timely support on key initiatives, and helping implement ideas and decisions across departments
- Help coordinate content creation and marketing tasks, supporting efforts to promote the platform and engage with the community
- Manage administrative tasks, including project tracking, communications, and ensuring the founder stays on top of key deliverables
- Collaborate with the partnerships team to manage relationships and facilitate partnership execution
- Coordinate and track progress of various tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations
- Proactively identify bottlenecks and take steps to resolve issues, ensuring effective progress of tasks and projects
- Projects are well-managed, organized, and progress without delays
- The founder feels consistently supported with proactive assistance
- Strong communication and collaboration across teams
- Identification and implementation of efficiency improvements and process streamlining
