Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the consulting services industry, managing businesses within the $2-3 million dollar range
- Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and profitability
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower teams
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and navigate complex business challenges effectively
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance the Consulting Services Group's performance and contribution to organizational objectives, with a focus on managing a $2-3 million dollar business
- Provide visionary leadership to drive the team towards achieving financial, utilization, and delivery goals
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration within the team
- Establish clear performance metrics and targets for the Consulting Services team in alignment with organizational objectives
- Monitor and evaluate team performance against established metrics, taking proactive measures to address any deviations
- Hold team members accountable for their individual and collective contributions towards organizational success
- Achieve ambitious revenue generation, including strong cost management, and profitability objectives, to support significant growth of a current $2-3 million dollar business line
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation and optimize resource utilization
- Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets while promoting sustainable growth
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing and diverse Consulting Services team
- Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to enhance the capabilities and skills of team members
- Cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement, motivation, and career advancement
- Collaborate with the Go to Market team to identify, pursue, and secure new consulting opportunities
- Nurture strategic client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services that exceed client expectations and drive long-term satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate closely with other departments, including Sales, Operations, Finance, and Human Resources, to achieve overarching organizational objectives
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across functional areas to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive collective success
