Summary

Join Tether and contribute to the expansion of its presence in Argentina. As an Expansion Manager, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and navigate the regulatory landscape. You will collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement go-to-market strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the Argentinian market and the blockchain, fintech, and payments industries. Occasional international travel is expected. The ideal candidate is a strategic and entrepreneurial leader with proven success in business development and partnership management. Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the Argentinian market and regulations in blockchain, fintech, remittances, and payments
  • 5-7 years work experience in cross-border payments, remittances, cryptocurrency or payment infrastructures
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with a Business, Management, or Finance degree (MBA preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with partners, regulators, and stakeholders
  • Proven experience in partnerships, KPI monitoring, and business growth
  • Analytical, strategic, and results-driven with problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities in Argentina and the region
  • Build strong relationships with partners, customers, and stakeholders
  • Develop strategic partnerships with financial institutions, fintech firms, payment providers, and government entities
  • Design and implement go-to-market strategies to expand Tether’s products and services
  • Track and analyze KPIs to assess and optimize market strategies
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, threats, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze USDt and fiat flows for data-driven decision-making
  • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their business impact
  • Manage relationships with regulators, government agencies, and industry bodies
  • Represent the company at key meetings and industry events
  • Support and participate in fintech events, conferences, and meetups to enhance brand visibility

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entrepreneurial background and project management expertise is a plus
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments with international travel readiness
