Experiential Manager

Summary

Join Octagon's team as an Experiential Manager and lead the development of experiential activations across integrated marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with clients, internal groups, and external vendors to create brand experiences that embody our client's spirit.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience with an agency, brand or property on the development of integrated brand campaigns
• Passion and expertise in sports, CSR programs, entertainment, gaming, music, and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture
• Experience developing successful integrated sponsorship activations, initiatives, and campaigns with cross-functional agency/client teams
• Experience managing multiple programs, coordinating key timelines, and leading teams performing under pressure with strong attention to detail
• People leadership skills and ability to build a team
• Coachable and willing to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Responsibilities

• Support and motivate project teams across multiple programs
• Work closely across experiential and internal creative teams to develop activation plans
• Manage documents such as budgets, status reports, inventory tracking, and meeting agenda and notes
• Contribute to pre-planning, management, and implementation for events
• Manage quality control of client-facing communications and project management materials
• Develop relationships with clients as a trusted advisor
