You will evaluate and arrange lots submitted by users, creating attractive weekly auctions using your expert knowledge and network. Maintain transparency and fairness in user transactions by providing accurate valuations and professional communication. Expand our seller network by leveraging industry contacts and building new relationships. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies and maximize sales. This role requires expert knowledge in European and global coins, a dealer/buyer network, and documented commercial experience. The position offers a hybrid work model with flexibility and various benefits.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge in European Coins and greater regions across the globe (Gold and Silver Coins knowledge will be beneficial)
• A network of dealers and buyers
• Documented commercial experience
• Be a natural team player and thrive in a diverse team environment
• Excellent English communication
• Good computer skills
• Have the diplomatic competence needed to act as a mediator in disputes between users
• Experience analysing and implementing data within your work, and utilising data for future growth within the category
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and arrange lots submitted by users
• Create attractive auctions every week using expert knowledge and network
• Review lot titles, descriptions, and pictures
• Provide users with an estimated value
• Reject submissions professionally and courteously
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of market dynamics and pricing
• Create auctions by engaging with your network and top sellers
• Work with Sales teams to attract new Sellers and offer more choices to Buyers
• Guide sellers through the process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
• Expand the network of sellers within your area of expertise
• Leverage industry contacts and proactively build new relationships
• Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance the overall seller experience
• Work with sales and marketing teams
• Proactively review seller segments
• Assist team members in onboarding high potential leads and scaling existing sellers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to align strategies and maximize the sales of your auctions
