Requirements
- Possess an advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in Applied Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Demonstrate proven experience in mathematical modeling, numerical analysis, and optimization techniques (e.g., linear programming, constraint solvers)
- Exhibit strong proficiency in statistical forecasting, regression analysis, and probabilistic modeling
- Show familiarity with simulation tools and programming languages such as Python, MATLAB, or similar environments
- Demonstrate the ability to translate complex data and business challenges into actionable mathematical models
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills with a quantitative mindset and attention to detail
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Possess very good written and spoken English skills
Responsibilities
- Develop robust forecasting models and predictive analytics frameworks to estimate key performance metrics using statistical and data-driven approaches
- Design and implement simulation methodologies to generate representative virtual scenarios, supporting the evaluation of various system configurations under uncertainty
- Create and optimize mathematical models and algorithms to effectively schedule resources and improve overall system performance, applying techniques such as linear programming and constraint solving
- Integrate diverse data sources to inform and refine models continuously, ensuring they remain adaptive to evolving conditions and business requirements
