Expert Product Owner

Summary

Join European Dynamics as an Expert Product Owner and work remotely within the EU. You will be part of a team collaborating with a major client's IT team. Your responsibilities include managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, interacting with stakeholders, and facilitating product acceptance. This role requires a Master's degree in IT or a related field, 17+ years of experience, and Agile/Scrum expertise. Specific certifications are also required. Requirements

• Master’s degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with minimum 17 years of relevant working experience in IT
• Experience with large, enterprise-level multi-user and technologies Information Systems
• Experience in Agile and SCRUM
• Good knowledge of agile toolbox (i.e. JIRA, Confluence, BigPicture, Gliffy, Balsamiq, etc.)
• Good knowledge of Application Management Lifecycle
• One of the following certificates & standards are required for the performance of tasks: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO), SAFe Product Owner or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Works within the agile process and is the final authority for decisions regarding priority, business value, and functionality for all the work done by the agile development team
• Possesses an in depth knowledge of goals and desired objectives of the project
• Interacts and validates requirements with the business
• Propose solutions by combining IT tools and business process refactoring or improvements based on an in depth understanding of a specific business domain (see skills)
• Creates, maintains, prioritizes, and sequences the product backlog based on business value or return of investment
• Participates to retrospectives, sprint and release planning, demos and other Scrum-related meetings
• Facilitates the acceptance of the product by the business

Preferred Qualifications

Excellent command of the English language, ability to communicate in French will be an advantage
