Responsibilities

  • Leading efforts to standardize, validate, and scale current and future nano-fabrication processes
  • Operating and maintaining tools such as electron beam lithography systems, metal depositions systems, resist spinners, and wet and dry etch setups in a clean-room environment
  • Optimizing fabrication procedures to maximize superconducting quantum device yield and performance
  • Developing creative nano-fabrication techniques for superconducting quantum devices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with fabrication of microwave superconducting devices, including process-development for Josephson junction-based devices, is preferred
  • A background in quantum is preferred
