F&B Internship

Summary

Splendido Mare, a Belmond Hotel in Portofino, is hiring an F&B intern for the spring 2024 season. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality and have communication, teamworking, interpersonal, learning, adaptability, customer service, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, working under pressure, and organizational skills. They must be fluent in Italian and knowledgeable in English. The internship includes a 6-month tenure with an allowance and access to learning and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Support during the operations of the Food & Beverage outlets - according to the Company policies, high standards and procedures
• Support during the service
• Take care of the mise en place
• Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the experience they receive during the service. Act to enhance a flawless service and anticipate Guests’ needs
