As an intern, you'll assist the Operations team in maintaining quality standards throughout the hotel, conduct regular quality checks, track and analyze LQA scores, and participate in quality improvement projects.

Requirements

  • Current enrollment in a hospitality, tourism, or business-related degree program
  • Strong interest in quality management and the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Fluent knowledge of both Italian and English is mandatory
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with LQA preparation, including documentation review, staff training, and mock audits
  • Conduct regular quality checks in various hotel departments (e.g., rooms, F&B, front desk) to ensure adherence to standards
  • Track and analyze LQA scores and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in developing and updating training materials related to the hotel quality standards
  • Prepare regular reports on quality performance and improvement initiatives
  • Participate in quality improvement projects as assigned
