Summary
Join Moveworks as an Enterprise Federal Account Executive and drive new business acquisition and client management within the US Federal Government. You will develop strategic account and territory plans, conduct thorough research on prospective customers, engage in targeted business development, and perform direct field-based sales activities. This role involves building relationships with Program Directors, managing client relationships across a virtual team, and serving as a trusted advisor to agencies. You will drive sales of Moveworks products to ensure mission success and advise on how Moveworks can support agency roadmaps. This remote position requires US citizenship and significant travel. A competitive compensation package is offered, including base salary, commission, and equity.
Requirements
- Experience in selling to the C-Suite & thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on a specific function or industry
- 5+ years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales organization
- Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams at executive and cabinet level within the US Federal Government
- Experience producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy Program Director relationships
- Experience achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience promoting a customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
- US Citizenship is required
Responsibilities
- Develop relationships with multiple Program Directors within Government Agencies and Offices, as well as partners within the Moveworks GTM ecosystem
- Manage overall client relationship,including orchestrating an account strategy across a broad virtual team (Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialist, Success resources, Partners and Marketing, etc.) to ensure Moveworks value is being realized by customers
- As an Enterprise Federal Account Executive, drive relevant lines of Moveworks products to agency clients to ensure mission success
- Serve as the agency's trusted advisor by understanding their mission and advising on how Moveworks can help enable their existing and future roadmap
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of agency mission and prior experience of selling to an agency's mission is highly preferred
- Government clearance is beneficial, but not required

- Base Compensation: $150,000
- Compensation Structure: Base + Commission + Equity
