Summary

Join dormakaba as a Field Engineer Access Control Solutions (ACS) and work from home while traveling across the country to provide high-quality access control solutions to clients. As a Field Engineer ACS, you will be responsible for installing and commissioning products from the ACS product portfolio of dormakaba, including mechanical and electronic access control components, and performing maintenance, repairs, or replacements.

Requirements

• MBO-3/4 in the direction of Mechatronica or Elektronica, or relevant work experience
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance methods
• Knowledge of Basic Safety (B-VCA)
• Possession of a valid driver's license B
• Residing within the triangle Rotterdam – Breda – Utrecht
• Excellent command of the Dutch language and good reading and understanding skills in English for handling manuals

Responsibilities

• Install and commission products from the ACS product portfolio of dormakaba
• Perform maintenance, repairs, or replacements
• Be the first point of contact for installations on site and for resolving issues
