Summary

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ years of presales engineering experience in the enterprise cybersecurity space
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including but not limited to SIEMs, Data Lakes, Endpoint Detection & Response, Threat Intel Platforms, Security Orchestration Automation and Response, and cloud security solutions
- Proficiency in Python for API integration
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, including opportunity management
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Teams to demonstrate and deliver on our solutions value propositions
- Identify customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops
- Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, building trust and credibility with all stakeholders
- Analyze customer requirements to architect solutions that align with their security needs
- Design, build, and troubleshoot integrations, leveraging APIs and scripting tools such as Python
- Assist customers in implementing proof-of-value (POV) solutions and integrations
- Leverage CRM to manage leads, opportunities, POV (proof-of-value) engagements, and customer interactions effectively
- Collect and document success criteria and milestones as defined by our customers
- Partner with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development
- Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, technologies, and competitive landscape
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as GIAC, CISSP, CEH, or similar
- Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and tools
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
