Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years experience in a B2B field marketing or events role, preferably in the tech industry
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful marketing events and campaigns
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo, Splash) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Willingness to travel within the Central region as needed (up to 50%)

Responsibilities

  • Support with planning, coordination, and execution of regional events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and customer events
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination
  • Develop and implement pre-event, during-event, and post-event marketing strategies to maximize engagement and ROI
  • Facilitate sales enablement and provide ongoing support to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest marketing materials and messaging
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address regional market opportunities and challenges
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams
  • Communicate regularly with the Central sales team to provide updates on marketing activities, performance, and upcoming initiatives
