Join SentinelOne as a Field Marketing Specialist and collaborate with Public Sector and East regional sales and marketing teams to develop and execute field and channel marketing plans. You will deliver marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty, including trade shows, roadshows, partner marketing programs, and whitespace marketing initiatives. Align with sales leadership and other teams to understand market trends and customize programs. Communicate regional trends to inform corporate strategy and enable customer success. Track program results, manage the regional budget, and present findings to leadership. This role requires 3+ years of experience in field marketing and a passion for working with sales to generate pipeline and drive business growth. Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience creating/managing field and virtual events
- Working knowledge of marketing to the Public Sector and East Government
- Passion for inspecting and reporting on key metrics and pivoting marketing plans based on results
- Passion for working with sales to generate pipeline and drive the business. Ability to collaborate and influence others cross-functionally
- Success in executing programs that drive demand, acceleration and demonstrate return on investment
- Comfortable with day-to-day execution and longer-term planning
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Deliver marketing programs to drive pipeline growth and customer loyalty for the Public Sector and East Sales Teams
- Public Sector and East trade shows and events to showcase customer success and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Roadshows and workshops to demonstrate the power of SentinelOne to Public Sector and East practitioners
- Partner/ Alliances Marketing programs: build partner co-marketing programs into regional marketing plans
- Whitespace marketing programs: targeting new contacts and account acquisition
- Align with Public Sector and East sales leadership, AVP of Americas Field and Channel Marketing, channel sales organization and SE team to understand the market trends in the region and customize programs as needed
- Communicate regional and vertical trends to the AVP of AMER Field and Channel Marketing to help inform corporate of geo needs to modify overall strategy, messaging and content
- Enable customer success and support account expansion/cross-sell/upsell
- Partner with product marketing on Public Sector and East content requirements
- Track program results, measuring program success, and reporting metrics via SFDC and present to regional AVP and marketing team
- Manage and balance the regional field marketing budget and spend
Preferred Qualifications
- Cybersecurity marketing experience is a plus
- Willing to travel 25% of the time
