Summary

Join Nutrabolt as a part-time, remote Field Marketing Specialist, representing and growing the Bloom brand in the NYC area. This field-based role involves increasing brand awareness, providing sales support through sampling and product demos at retail accounts, and merchandising. You will build relationships with store managers, manage in-store displays, and participate in sales meetings and marketing activities. The position requires travel within and outside your assigned territory. Success will be measured by sampling goals, training network engagement, and demo conversions. Requirements

  • Commitment of minimum 20 hours per week but max of 29 hours per week
  • Availability to work evening and weekend hours
  • Must be able to commute to sampling activations and events
  • Valid Driver's License, vehicle to use for business, current vehicle liability insurance, and driving record within Nutrabolt’s MVR policy guidelines
  • Ability to carry 50lbs+ and meet physical demands of the job
  • Must be over the age of 18 in order to be considered

Responsibilities

  • Promote the brand in a positive light
  • Uphold the brand image through attitude and appearance
  • Engage consumers and share key product messages at sampling activations and events
  • Identify and share additional opportunities for the brand with the Field Marketing Manager
  • Set up and tear down event site elements
  • Maintain an accurate and organized product/asset inventory at local Nutrabolt storage facilities
  • Foster account relationships within your territory by establishing good rapport with store managers and following up regularly
  • Build and maintain in-store displays to drive sales, assisting stores with cooler placement, and managing marketing POS, etc
  • Interact with and educate customers by providing samples and conducting product demos (when applicable)
  • Participate in Distributor Sales Meetings and market blitz/crew drive activities in your territory
  • Submit timely reports through our current CRM tool, Repsly
  • Keep track of your sampling numbers and inventory
  • Report and track your hours in real time
  • Maintain product training goals and certifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Customer Service experience
  • 1+ years of event marketing or brand promotion
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proven track record of being dependable and results driven
  • Ambitious, outgoing, and good interpersonal skills
  • Organized and self-motivated
