Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in payments, merchant services, or SaaS
  • Minimum of 1 year of payments experience
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to diagnose client needs and propose tailored solutions
  • Experience with contract negotiation and closing sales
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Excellent territory knowledge and the ability to network effectively within the assigned region
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and highly organized with strong time management skills

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations with prospective clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to foster long-term partnerships
  • Prospect, cold call, and leverage referrals to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads
  • Convert qualified opportunities into successful deals through a strategic approach
  • Navigate and close sales contracts with confidence and precision
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
  • Leverage market insights to tailor sales approaches for maximum impact
  • Attend networking events, and applicable conferences to promote PayJunction’s brand and solutions
  • Provide accurate and reliable sales forecasts to support strategic planning
