Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative, you will build face-to-face relationships, manage a client pipeline, and drive growth through various outreach methods. You will conduct demos, educate clients, and ensure their success with the app. Prior field sales experience is required, along with Florida residency and a valid driver's license. A results-driven attitude and exceeding sales targets are essential for success. Booksy offers competitive compensation, including a base salary plus uncapped commission, and a range of benefits.

Requirements

• Have prior exposure to field sales (2-4 years preferred)
• Reside in Florida and possess a valid driver's license and vehicle
• Have experience with sales processes focused on onboarding/activation
• Possess a results-driven attitude with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities

• Build face-to-face relationships with potential clients
• Manage a pipeline of potential clients
• Drive growth through cold calls, walk-ins, and social media outreach
• Attend industry events
• Conduct product demos
• Educate clients on the app's features
• Ensure client success
• Maintain a strong work ethic
• Proactively follow up with clients
• Commit to client satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience in the Beauty industry
• Have experience selling for technology/SaaS companies
• Have experience working with small business clients
• Have experience utilizing Salesforce to organize sales processes and manage pipelines
