Summary
Join our established international eyewear brand as a Field Sales Representative and manage and develop an existing territory in Center-West Germany, encompassing Cologne, DΓΌsseldorf, and Frankfurt. This remote role involves building and maintaining relationships with approximately 200 existing accounts while opening 40-50 new doors annually. You will spend 3-4 days per week visiting clients and prospects in the field, ensuring you meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs. Reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships in France, you will be responsible for creating strong links with customers quickly upon joining the team.
Requirements
- Native German speaker with excellent knowledge of the Center-West Germany region
- Field sales experience with a proven track record of success
- Comfort and enjoyment of being on the road 3-4 days per week
- Strong relationship-building skills and customer service orientation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work remotely
- Good English communication skills
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales accounts in the Center-West Germany region
- Maintain strong relationships with approximately 200 existing customers
- Develop new business by opening 40-50 new accounts annually
- Spend 3-4 days per week visiting clients and prospects in the field
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Report directly to the Head of Partnerships based in France
- Create strong links with customers quickly upon joining the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fashion, accessories, department store sales, or related wholesale environment
- Knowledge of the eyewear industry or similar consumer goods sector
- Existing relationships with relevant retail partners in the region
Benefits
- Competitive base salary of β¬40,000-β¬45,000
