Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent, required
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting and financial reporting standards
  • Global/international accounting experience with diverse teams across different time zones
  • Experience with transfer pricing documentation and accounting
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively, ensuring key deadlines are met
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), financial systems, and reporting tools

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and related disclosures in accordance with local/statutory requirements (i.e., footnote support schedules, US GAAP to Stat tie-outs, and disclosure checklists)
  • Assist in month-end close processes, account reconciliations and record journal entries
  • Stay updated on changes in IFRS regulations and assess their impact on the organization
  • Assist in consolidation of financial statements for non-US subsidiaries and related activities
  • Review financial data for accuracy, correctness, and completeness
  • Review financial statement variance analysis and aggregate, as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and insights for reporting purposes
  • Assist in maintaining local regulatory and statutory compliance
  • Assist with external audits by preparing supporting schedules and responding to auditor inquiries and information requests

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification or equivalent such as CA, ACCA, CIMA, strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in financial reporting or analysis. Public accounting experience highly preferred
  • Accounting experience with a US led SaaS Company
  • Working knowledge of Workiva and NetSuite
  • US GAAP knowledge
  • Consolidations experience
  • Public accounting experience
