Finance Analysis Specialist Junior

Summary

Join us as the Finance Analysis Specialist at PATH in Los Angeles, CA. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial reports on various programs and to support budget analysis, profit and loss, and contract receivables reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or accounting or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Have employment eligibility verification
• Have or be able and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid training

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost based billing and financial reporting for a portfolio of contracts and grants
• Reconcile grant accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies with other departments
• Interface with funder and PATH program personnel to resolve any issues surrounding invoices, including disallowed expenses or compliance issues
