Finance Analyst

Summary

The job is for a Finance Assistant Intern at Homa Games, a gaming technology company based in Paris. The intern will support the finance team with various projects, develop internal tools, and assist with ad-hoc reports, data analysis, presentations, and financial audits.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Degree in Finance, Strategy, Business, or similar, at a top-tier university
• Prior internship experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, scale-up, audit, or Private Equity
• Excellent proficiency using Office 365 Software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset, business acumen, problem-solving skills, autonomy, commitment, and reliability
• Fluency in English is essential
• Enrolled in a university that can provide an Internship Agreement and be available for a 6-month onsite internship in Paris

Responsibilities

• Support in managing the company's accounting and financial operations, including updating weekly/monthly tools and producing analysis on operating expenses and other strategic aspects
• Provide insights to top management to facilitate strategic decision-making
• Develop internal tools to automate and streamline day-to-day work processes, improving overall efficiency and contributing to the company’s margins
• Assist the team with ad-hoc reports, data analysis, presentations, and projects such as company financial reports and board/investor presentations
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Contribute to finance planning and process improvement initiatives
• Assist in the preparation and coordination of financial audits
