Finance Associate

This remote position offers the opportunity to manage internal reporting, company metrics, and payments, while collaborating with various departments. You will create regular reports, manage printer payments, and identify areas for cost savings. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of finance-related experience, strong Excel and communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience, Finance related preferred (but we love a rookie with potential too!)
• Experience with creating reports on a regular basis
• Some experience with Excel
• Clear written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Managing all internal reporting and company metrics
• Monthly Job Costing Reports
• Quarterly Sales Tax Reports
• Profit and Loss statements
• Commission reports
• Managing general payments by: Controlling credit card access and payments
• Support other departments’ spend requirements
• Contractor payments
• Identifying high spend areas and negotiating with vendors
• Managing Printer payments by: Ensuring we are billed correctly and consistently by the printers
• Responding to all printer inquiries regarding pricing and payment
• The Unknown - we're always looking to find new ways to improve and we also want you to take ownership over projects you think can add value
