The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a university program (Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar), detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and enjoys collaboration. This position is based in Germany and offers flexible working hours.

Requirements

• You’re currently enrolled in a university program (Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar)
• You’re detail-oriented and proactive, with a passion for finding better ways to do things
• You’re tech-savvy and excited about using tools or automation to simplify workflows (bonus points if you’ve worked with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic scripting)
• You enjoy collaborating with others and can communicate effectively across teams
• You thrive in an environment where ownership and accountability are key
• You are based in Germany

Responsibilities

• Streamline financial operations: You’ll support critical tasks like managing invoices, handling adjustments, preparing expenses, and administering subscriptions
• Drive automation and efficiency: We’re all about working smarter, not harder. You’ll collaborate with the team to reduce manual work, implement automation tools, and build scalable processes that set us up for the future
• Collaborate across teams: You’ll work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Product, and other teams to ensure financial processes are aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Solve real-world challenges: Whether it’s managing a customer’s billing request, tackling a tricky invoice adjustment, or creating training materials for the Sales team, your work will have a direct impact on our customers and internal teams
