Summary

Join Angiยฎ as a Temporary Finance Manager for a long-term assignment, overseeing financial consolidations and reporting. Requirements

  • Detail-oriented with a meticulous approach to ensuring accuracy in financial reporting
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to mentor, manage, and develop a high-performing team
  • 5+ years of relevant finance experience, with a strong background in consolidations and financial reporting, ideally within a medium to large organization
  • Experience with ERP and financial forecasting systems such as Netsuite, PBCS, or Essbase
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with senior executives, finance, and accounting teams to drive process improvement and ensure alignment
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is required; advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the financial consolidation process, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of consolidated financial statements across the business
  • Oversee the monthly forecast process and ensure alignment with FP&A's internal calendar, coordinating communication and deadlines across the business and parent company
  • Finance Lead for coordinating the annual planning process and monthly forecast
  • Manage month-end close activities, working closely with the accounting team to deliver on-time and accurate financial data
  • Communicate real-time financial information to stakeholders, including senior executives, providing insights on monthly financials versus expectations
  • Review financial projections, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business strategy and executive expectations
  • Collaborate and assist in the preparation of presentation materials to internal executive team and parent company
  • Work on special projects and ad hoc analysis supporting finance executives
  • Innovate financial reporting, responding to changing business priorities and strategic goals across the organization
  • Drive automation efforts, leveraging existing systems or implementing new technologies to eliminate manual tasks and increase process efficiencies
  • Ensure SOX compliance, acting as the liaison between internal teams and external auditors
